Apple iMessage and the rise of Windows Phone and Android communities (maybe)

I was just having a conversation with an old friend, who was surprise to know me, an android user, using an iPhone. And how he knows it? iMessage.

I told him that I was amazed how Apple pull this off where bbm and whatsapp are established players. Then he told me that bbm is dead, indeed. How Apple made iMessage seem less is the key, which our way of messaging doesn't change and sending the message over data is a bonus (and you'll know that is your friend a cool iPhone user just like you).

What if Google follows the same idea and puts it through Gtalk? What if Google adds what the late Steve had mentioned, 'why do we need the carriers?' with Google Voice.

Let's not forget Microsoft, Facebook and it's newly bought Skype.

I was at Liverpool, a departmental store in Mexico and not your favorite you'll-never-win-together football team, where this promoter was explaining tequilas to fella Malaysian noobs that pay $150 for a $50 bottle of crappy whisky. Of course we asked "which is the best?" And the dude brought us to the other end of the shop that displays all the best of the best tequilas. This is when he showed us the ' family reserved', claimed to be the best of the best, with a hand crafted wooden case designed by renown Mexican artist.

After the enablement session, we walked out the shop empty handed and headed to the Walmart next door to buy it at ten percent cheaper price.

This reminds me about my awesome college days where we go to All IT in Low Yat to touch and feel the mouse before buying it at C Zone!

My mum will definitely say that I bought it not because of the tequila but for the case :p

The thing about America is that everyone runs on credit. What more can you expect when they pay their four dollar Mcdonald's meal with the plastic.

One of the coolest thing that happened today was I dined with six locals in Italianese and we actually paid our bill with seven credit cards! Initially I was thinking of paying cash but when each of them is paying with card, why not join the fun. Imagine doing that in Asia, the waiter will ask you to duck off!

RAGE HD Could Have Been My First Paid App

id software has been one of my all time favorite game developer in my life. First mario-like, commander keen then the world first first person shooter, wolfenstien then the best game ever, quake series and lastly doom which I'm not a fan of.

Setting the old games aside, I admit that I've been playing the pirated version all my life until I see RAGE HD for iPad which is selling for only $2! Then I think this will be my first time to pay id software and my first iTunes paid app. So I searched for RAGE in the app store, to my amaze I couldn't find the game. Then I realized that the game is offered only in the US App Store.

Sorry id software, I really would like to pay for your game this time but I couldn't buy it. So I'm heading to apptrackr.org.

Maybe I'll buy it when it reaches Malaysia App Store and the game is real good (after I tried the one from apptrackr.org).

Flock, the new browser which incorporates social services such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, you name it.

Flock has a sidebar that lists the latest news from your Facebook friends, Twitter followings and other feeds. The browser comes in handy that u don't need to leave the Facebook and Twitter browser tabs opened doing nothing while waiting for latest news from your friends.

Second to notice is the social made easy address bar. With a simple click, you a able to update Facebook status or tweet your current browser page.

With such convenience, there is a price. A Flock account is required to store these social accounts which we won't know what is Flock going to do with the information.

With social services as goal, no doubt Flock lives up to the old line 'Your social browser'.

I have a guru at work, some kinda Yoda except he don't construct his sentences oppositely.

We go for tea almost everyday and the first thing he says to me when we meet is either 'i have learnt something today' or 'today is bullshit, i didn't learn anything today'.

To keep ourselves moving, it is important that we are bringing value to our life everyday. The basic is at least learn something a day.

I learnt how to jump start a car today (yea, my first time to physically do it).

How to add a customized Opera search engine. For e.g. Google Maps

Having a default search engine in your browser makes your life easier. Take Google as an example, it appears as your default search in your Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and almost all browsers.

The tricky part is that how do you add not popular search engine to your browser? Take my case as an example, I uses Google Maps a lot (I bet u uses it a lot too) but each time I Google Maps a location, for convenient sake, I'll Google it then click the "Maps" on the Google search result. That's wasting a lot of time.

So I took a few minutes off to research how to add Google Maps as one of my search engine in Opera (my favorite browser. Yes, it is my default browser).

1. Select "Manage Search Engines" on the top right of your browser

2. Select "Add"
3. As the picture below, fill the
a. Search engine name, for e.g. "Google Maps"
b. A shortcut keyword for the search engine, for e.g. "m" for Google Maps
c. The search address, for e.g. "http://maps.google.com/map?hl=en&q=%s" where "%s" is the search criteria (for e.g. Kuala Lumpur)

Walla! You have built your own customized search engine.

'Innovation' is one simple word. We do get what it means but its not easy to describe it.

Nokia E52, Phone Done Right

I'm not sure if u heard about this, i dropped my beloved iPhone and its angry now and not aroused by my touch anymore. So i went back using my old Sony Ericsson G900,

Luckily i didn't threw it in the drain last time

Using the G900 is a total pain in the ass, no doubt it has all the latest functions (for e.g. 5 MP, wifi, touch screen, Symbian and etc.) which is why i bought it for. the problem of the phone is that it has all the functions but doesn't have the performance to support them. each action takes the phone 500 ms to respond and its battery couldn't even last 1.5 days.which i claimed it to be 'suckiest fon alive'

Finally I decided to replace the phone, after some research in GSM Arena. I bought the Nokia E52.

Configuring an email account is so easy, I just need to enter my email abc@yahoo.com and the phone automatically configures the Yahoo IMAP settings. It works for Gmail and Live accounts as well.

Ovi map is cool, I can plan my destination and route in Ovi map web site (using a PC browser) then sync it to my phone for my road trip.

The best part of the phone is that its simple, thin and light

And its all powered by a 600 Mhz CPU

iPhone is a cool phone but E52 is a good phone, my verdict is 'Phone done right!'.

Good Phone Gone Bad

This post was drafted when everything is going very well. After the 10th day of my phone, it died and never boot up again even if I removed the battery.

I went Nokia Care for 7 times to fix this phone. I bought the phone for 2 months and it spent 6 weeks in the Nokia Care plastic bag. Finally they fixed the phone by replacing the motherboard and upgrading the firmware.

This phone taught me on how important buying phones with care center everywhere. What happens when u buy an AP phone and it breaks down this often, basically u're screwed. What happens when u buy an iPhone or Blackberry and it breaks down this often, basically u're screwd too!

c. higher index lenses (1.67) - side-thickness = 3.2mm, price = p X 4

both b and c are Zeiss lenses, i removed the options for transition since i don't wanna be as lala as my ex-best friend (not anymore since he doesn't respond to my msn messages)

My Kimarie SS2 Experience

I do not have a fancy hairstyle.

Any hairstyle a stylist could do for me, I'll just simply put up my hair the next day and go. So what style doesn't matters to me, what I see for a saloon is not how good they can ~~cut~~ style my hair but the service they could offer me.

I went for a hair~~cut~~style yeasterday.

First, I would like to clarify that I'm a poor person. I couldn't afford a pro cut so I went for senior cut at RM 25 and maybe that's why I shouldn't complain so much.

When I reached the place, all stylist are occupied. Yup, good business means they are good. There was one person in front of me so I waited for awhile.

It started with hairwashing, the massage could be better but the bad part was my ears ended up in bubble bath.

Then the hair~~cut~~style was okay, I had better ones which of course I paid much more for that. So no complains.

The worst was found after I paid and entered my car, I looked at my back mirror to check out how cool my hair was and I was like WAHHH. My whole face was full with hair (from head and not from anywhere else) and he didn't help me to blow it away with the hairdryer or wipe it with cloth.

At first, I planned to go to the grocery to buy a few stuffs but I went back home to take a shower first. Like I said earlier, maybe because its a senior cut, that's why I shouldn't complain so much.

Soho sells Chinese cuisines and the place is decorated with artists' photos. They even have the artists' face on the chair, sniffing your back or your ass if its big enough. They employed lotsa Chinese workers (I mean from China) and kononnya they are here to study.

The food there are nice, I recommend them but I just wanna point out something we noticed. After u ordered, they will generate a checklist for u (yeah, just like Kim Gary and friends). And it reads...

ITP Week 5: The Yahoo Mail

I'm lazy to install Yahoo Messenger into my office PC so I use the Yahoo Mail to chat with my friends. I get ads from UK and Ireland because my account is in the UK & Ireland server til I find it kinda disturbing...

Finally all of the AEP clan members gotta meet each other yesterday and we went for dinner in Mid Valley. My second time in Kim Gary for this week, no Miss Kim.

After the dinner and the chit chatting, we went to the umobile and Nokia roadshow to check out the new phones. umobile was organizing some games but no one bother participating. So one of them came to us and Sun, Kimfei and me were dragged to play the game.

Two a team, one will act and one will guess the title of the movie. There are four categories of movies: TV series, comedy, musical and action. I definitely didn't choose musical nor comedy. I teamed with Sun and Kimfei teamed with another stranger, I picked the TV series and Sun will act for me to guess.

Sun drew a note from the TV series basket and the host showed me the back part of the note which I could see the ink marks on the back of the paper, the title was long. Sun first showed that he has long teeth then stabbing his own heart. With such long title, there is only one possibility: Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It took me 9 seconds, haha.

The stranger couldn't guess, I think he wouldn't know the strategy of playing this type of games since Indians do not watch Eric Tsang's programs where the players normally show how many words are there first.

ITP Week 4: The Access Tag

I was so happy yesterday that finally my tag was ready. Drop all my work and drove all the way to Sunway to collect it.

The glare was necessary to cover up which company I'm having internship with. For those who know or can guess (I think anyone could), please shut up.

This morning, I hanged the tag around me and walked pass the security thinking that I do not need to take that dumb visitor tag anymore. The feeling its like walking also got wind man.

In the lift, seeing everyone having a tag and me too, its like I'm in the club man. Can't wait to show off I have a tag first before any other interns.

Before my office, there was another two guys in front of me. They tapped their tag and entered the office, hold the door and looked back AS IF I DON'T HAVE A TAG. Then I waved my tag, showing them I have a tag too and tapped the machine BUT THERE WAS NO PHUCKING BEEP.

The only word that crossed my mind was GODDAMMIT!

ITP Week 3: The Bus Ride

Monday, went to buy my bus ticket first before I apply leave on Friday. Don't wanna waste my leave staring at the ceiling at home if I couldn't get bus ticket back home.

Bought my ticket at the Transnasional/Reliance shop in KL Sentral. I stood there 15 minutes and there was no person to serve me then I called for the fat lady behind. She said that the girl incharge of the Transnasional was on leave and told me to wait for them to be free to handle then she continued her grandma stories with her other colleagues, suckass service. I don't understand why I always got that from fat ladies, and I always wonder is that the reason they become fat or being fat is the reason they become. So I told her I'll be back.

I went back there after lunch, and she put a paper with the word "offline" there. I guess that means "phuckoff". Finally I bought my ticket the next day.

Wednesday, went for dinner in Midvalley's Korean shop (I think kampungboycitygirl will post it very soon) with my house, Peh, CK, YC, Vanila and some of the A3 girls. Then the author of the-never-ending-loading-blog asked me how come I still take bus, didn't I read the newspaper, ain't I afraid of the bus drivers, how come don't take place eventhough got terrorist and bla bla bla... then I replied "no money".

Then Peh was kind enough to give me a ride (please, not that kind of ride) to the bus station. Reached the station on time, wanna stop by to watch WWE live world championship also no time.

The bus driver drove super fast, its like Puss driving except the car is not a Camry. This reminded me the-never-ending-loading-blog's bullshit earlier today.

The ITP Week 2

My unc goes to office by LRT in the early (very very early) mornings, both of us will come back at different time and of cause no one wanna go to the station twice to pick up both of us. So my unc thought of this brilliant plan: in the early (very very early) morning, he will park my car in the station (where no one is there yet at this very very early) then I will drive my car back home after work. Brilliant? Totally.

Every time I reach home, my cousin will ask me hows the wave today.

Spent most of my time balancing the board and chatting in the office. That day I was chatting with SOMEONE (I'll bet u know who), he asked me this question "How do u know when u are old?" or maybe something similar to this. And his answer was "when the most famous Japanese porn actress is born in 1986". LOL? U have no idea how hard he was laughing.

Even though it is a tedious work but at least I have something to pass my time other than balancing on the board. Now only I realized that Microsoft Excel is not only for checking our lab schedule. I've gained new skill to put into my resume.

Skills: bla bla bla and dem 7 PRO in Microsoft Excel.

I went to Port Dickson for the weekend to help my uncle on his pontoon project which my cousin and I spent most of the time competing throwing dry fruits on the monitor lizard. These are some of the pictures I took.

The ITP Week 1

Everyone is talking bout their ITP experience, some blog bout it and even one got fired for it.

Its already the fifth day and I don't know where I should begin.

I start with Tuesday (2nd day). The offer letter from my company stated that my work starts at 830am ends at 530pm. As a good trainee, I reached the office at 830pm and there was no one to open the door for me.

Something bout Monday, the very first time I took LRT to work. The train was kinda pack, I hopped in and got pushed out of the train... got bullied.

My workspace is kinda nice, I have my own big L shape table, cool chair and a stack of magazines to pass my time. Cool? Wait til u see the IP phone on my desk, just so happen to be on my desk but not for me haha.

I heard there are people who wrote their logs 3 pages long even on the first day itself. Wow thats impressive, that I can barely hit quarter page for each day and I told myself if I hit one third, I'm gonna buy myself a java chip.

KL Sentral is a cool place to work. Easy access from almost any transit. Convenient stores are there, major banks are there, McDonalds, Starbucks, Kenny Rogers and even Shitdel is there. KL Plaza is where I work, there is Gloria Jeans Coffee below but I still prefer the free Nescafe I can get in the lobby.

Yesterday was my worst LRT experience. I was MOLESTED. I was in the train holding the pole. It was very packed then there was this short, fat, I mean really really fat, think Rikishi from WWF, yes, that fat but shorter, indian lady came in and straight go stick the pole. Her breast touched my hand NOT my hand touch her breast so that means she molested me, whole day damn down sial, feel so gonna chop my hand.

I did something good today! I helped a blind man on the escalator, hoho good leh me? I first notice him when a boy helped the blind man to step into the escalator then the boy fleed when he saw his train came. I was behind the blind man, wondering what type of kungfu he gonna use to step out of the escalator. But since I'm a good person, I helped him. This sounds like some retard primary skool assay. Then I asked the blind man where he wanted to go and he replied "Brickfield" then I was thinking "Smart ass, kaypo somemore la. How u gonna know where the phuck is Brickfield, this time sure dem sia sui d". So I dropped the blind man at the information counter and the guy was kind enough to help then I leave ASAP.

Just got my PC before I came back today, yay.

Story of the Stupid Dog Part 2

Currently staying in aunt's place in PJ. She has this stupid dog, coward, no balls and suk chun during thunderstorm, did I mentioned "no balls"?

Its been awhile that I didn't use coarse phrases in my blog, but today I just couldn't resist it. I would say this is so far yet the best Momofofo reviving come back post.

It was raining heavily yesterday when I came back. Due to excessive suk chunness, that damn stupid dog keep banging its head to the auto gate and surprisingly the gate opened. I guess thats how dogs become stupid, keep banging. Luckily I managed to stop the stupid dog from coming out or else I will have a hard time chasing it in the rain.

Later when I tried to enter the house, it rushed into the house and hid behind the sofa, shit. I took its chain to walk it out, it struggled and the collar went loose then it went back to the sofa. In the end I decided to carry the dog and threw it out of the house, god dammit dirtied my Guess tee.

Today, I'm supposed to have lunch with my kawan-kawan and guessed what, *all ffk.

Bad day? Not yet.

It was drizzling outside, I was watching Sui Yue Fong Yun in the guest room behind the house. The stupid dog was scratching the sliding window wanting attention so I went to the living room, look at the it and it look back with pity eyes... and I closed the curtain, ignoring it.

Went back to the room to continue my Sue Yue Fong Yun, the dog came to the back of the house calling for me through the window, jumping on the wall and biting everything on its way. Microwave Genting Trip

Had our Microwave course gathering again like any other end of trimester, this time we paid a visit to Uncle Lim.

We took the RM 26 package ( bus & cable car ticket for the day + outdoor themepark/buffet lunch) up from KL Sentral, kinda worthy because if u gonna buy the outdoor themepark ticket on the spot, it cost RM 30+.

Just kidding, thats Gary, our cameraman from the Tele course, double kidding haha. It was a great surprise that it didn't rain this time even though SuChen was here.

Even though it was a Friday, Genting was so *crowded that day and thats the only ride we played.

After themeparking, we went back to the hotel for a nap and had dinner at Ummm Yum Yum Bak Kut Teh in First World, spent RM 20 for a one serving Ummm Suck Suck bak kut teh. After Ummm Suck Sucking, we went for Uncle Lim's Give-Me-More-Money-Foundation.

It was raining that day, so we decided to go down earlier. On the way down, the cable car slowed down due to the weather. After buying a few snacks in the station we went down for our bus and we queue at the wrong platform and got scolded noob by an experienced uncle, shit.

Okay, just to cheer u guys a little, I tell ya what happened 2 days ago. My housemates and I were playing Dota, all of us randomed. Yes, thats kinda lansi and guess what the opponents did?

All five of them picked combo heroes and we got owned like a bunch of pucking noobs, yes OMG... we were sooo need to write report for our clan chieftain.

Then as usual, after a game we will dc from blueserver and we are required to reconnect but we couldn't. So Alan rehearsed a few lines of pucking the operators before calling 100. Alan called and asked the operator to dc us from their server so that we could connect.

Operator: "Soli la encik, akaun anda kena suspend."
Alan: "Suspend??? MENGAPA KENA SUSPEND?"

Operator: "Encik tak bayar bill la."
Alan: "APA TAK BAYAR BILL?"
while asking Zong that did he pay the bills

and Zong replied haven't, LOL
Alan back to the operator: "Saya tak dapat cari bill la, saya call back later."

To recover my dying blog, I decided to sacrifice my hair to blog bout it.

Engz went to borrow the machine from his friend for my big project.

When he asked how short I want it be. I chose number 23 because

1 + 2 is 3,
2 + 1 is also 3 and
3 + 0 is coincidently 3, this is totally dumb.

I have 3 pairs of shoes
I have 3 toothbrushes in my toilet,
I have 3 glasses,
...
I even wrote 3 fulls stop to say bla bla bla, this is insanely dumb.

At first, I was He-man...

I pulled out my dining chair and he cut my hair outside of the corridor.

So we went to charge the machine for 30 mins and continued our journey...

MMU Convofest Day 2

Following my blogging tradition, I blog during time I should be studying.

Kinda in the boring sial mood, so I decided start my Picasa to find something to blog. And the first album I saw was the MMU Convofest Photos. Sorry to the dudes in Convofest Day 1 which I do not have any of the photos and I'm lazy to steal photos from the-never-ending-loading-blog. DI do not have *any dudes on day 3, I can only think of Skywalker which makes me wonder that did he went for his convo. * indicates might have.

Heavy rain on day 2, Convofest was a havoc. I can say that these 3 days of Convofest are the days where MMU has the most people and cockroaches in campus. Dozens of mushrooms and leeches gathered outside of the campus selling flowers and Pikachus to no-hearted-friends who came to celebrate friends' graduation empty handed.

Our first thought at first was, its easy to find HHK and Someone (Eunice) is hard to find. We were wrong.

Someone was smart enough to stand at the FIT corridor which anyone could easily notice her.

My role of day 2 was help Kalai carry his flowers. I carried them the whole day because we could not find HHK. It was a good exercise, my biceps gained noticeably 0.1 mm.

The Bukit Tinggi Trip

Bukit Tinggi is the place where June wanted to go long long time ago, finally we went last Wednesday... WITHOUT HER sadly. Sorry June, its my nature to emphasize who didn't go.

At first I was lazy to go but since it was my good friend's birthday and the Pehmates treated it as a graduation trip, I decided to join them. There are still alot of time til graduation, a graduation trip now is kinda too early. If so, I think we will have 5 graduation trips :)

We woke up before 7am because Peh told us that we are leaving at 730am so we calculated the estimated time of leaving + Peh Estimation Algorithm (PEA) = estimatedly 8am but we were wrong... we had to play 2 rounds of kamehamehas and maze of the sliding bunnies. After we left Cyberjaya at 830am, we went for breakfast in Sri Petaling.

Bukit Tinggi is located slightly after Genting, we even saw the policemen, reporters and 38ers stop for finding the Nuri survivors.

After lotsa dizzy windings, we reached Bukit Tinggi. Luckily I was in the Camry or not I think I threw up already. Before we enter the hill, we have to pay 'toll', RM 16 per pax to enter Bukit Tinggi.

Last Wednesday, we went for Harry Potter at Time Square because my Ex Bad Roomie managed to book 10 tics for 6pm. My housemates reached there early because Donkey had to buy new com for his FYP, strictly not for DotA*.

me, my bro and Orange reached there at 5.30pm, I had a light lunch and the movie gonna show til kinda late so we went for tea. Not interested in having a full meal, so I remembered there is a kopitiam type of shop in the upper cinema of Time Square. The kopitiam is located beside Laksa Shack replacing Kebab King, near the Teppanyaki shop which sell sucky yucky.

When I was about to step on the escalator to go up, a workman stopped me and asked me to use anoother escalator because he wanted to service that escalator. Then Orange said, "It is fate that u are not suppose to eat there". Stubborn me, I insisted to eat there.

Station Kopitiam is big, they have more than 15 tables and around 8 staffs, most of them dreaming there. We sat down and look at the menu, most of them are local delights, no kopitiam type of food... weird. I asked the waitress is there anything light and she recommend me the roti bakar set (toast + half boiled egg + coffee) for RM 4.90. I ordered 2 sets for three of us.

We waited very long then they served us ONE roti bakar only, without any complain we ate that first. We waited very long again so I called the waiter which is still dreaming around. Later, the lady (she looks like the taije among them, the others are just plain noobs) came and told me that there are NO HOT WATER and they boiling. My first experience that a kopitiam do not have hot water.

Quite frustrated, I told her that I only got one roti bakar. We waited very long again then I saw this guy rushing up from the back stairs to the kitchen carrying a Gardenia bread. I was thinking, the roti bakar just now was a different type of bread, that Gardenia shouldn't be for me. 10 min later, my roti bakar came... YES, that Gardenia is meant for me :(

Finally there is hot water, the coffee and half boiled eggs came. We were rushing for the movie because it was 6.10pm so we went to the counter to pay ourselves.

Climax, the noob waitress push in my orders, RM 4.90 + RM 4.90 = RM 21. She turned to me and wanting to collect RM 21, we showed her a zzz face and asked her to check. In disbelieve, she used the calculator to calculated, RM 4.90 + RM 4.90 + tax, how come it is not RM 21, I doubt she passes her Math in SPM. Noobie her had to ask taije which is quite occupied with another client to handle the problem. In the end, taije calculated the correct amount and we rushed for Harry Potter which is also another disappointment.

After the movie, I only realised there is Uncle Lim at the ground floor :( God jammed the escalator to warned me about the sucky food in Station Kopitiam but I didn't listen, regretted.

Currently still in Penang, went for Transformers for the second time with my family yesterday. The movie is quite late, so went for a walk in the mall (Gurney Plaza) then we went to Parkson. and I saw this interesting toy in the toys department.

The best part of the toy is after it fell down, rolled left and right, it can still stand up. In the clip, Elmo's rolling motion was blocked by the boxes, thats why he stood up facing back. He suppose to face front.

The first time I activate the toy, it almost fell from the boxes. Luckily I caught it, if not I am having this RM 199 toy at home right now. This toy is very entertaining, me and my sis laughed all the way til everyone in the toy department was wondering what is going on. At least we entertained those buyers in the long queue.

Today, I came back to Penang because my bro wanted to. This morning, I grabbed a bun and a Kinder Bueno from Cyberia mini mart just in case Im hungry in the bus. I parked my car in ERL, Precint 9 yes, my car is still there now. While waiting for the train to come, my bro asked

After 20 minutes of Siemen clock staring, the train finally arrived and we hopped in. Trying to find nice seats so that we can enjoy the TV in the train but we ended up facing a fat dude as in rili rili fat which is big enough to block my bro's view to the TV.

Then we jumped to Star LRT in Tasik Selatan and reached Puduraya at 11+. My first or i can say my only choice is to buy Konsortium tics. but its a Friday, all Konsortium tics are sold out, my Konsortium fella recommended me another bus operator. Since they are the only operator which has seats to Penang, they raised their tics to RM 35 each !!! compare to typical RM 27, phucking blood suckers. I have no choice but to buy and the earliest bus is 2pm but we need to follow The Rules.

Me and my bro went to KFC, we bought set meals, ate like a snail, went to 711 to buy The Star to read, dota craps, bla bla to kill 2+ hours in KFC. Its 1.30pm, we went back to Puduraya and tried to find our bus which the lady said yg hijau baru (The Rule #1) at platform 21 (The Rule #2) but we only see red and blue no hijau.

At 1.45pm (The Rule #3), a guy came to platform 21 shouting Penang, Buttorwot (The Rule #4) just like what the lady told us, so we followed the guy and our bus yg hijau baru is outside the street oh... its like Harry Potter, u need to go in between the platforms to reach the 'secret platform', din expect them to use in puduraya.

Hopped into the bus, plug in my earfon and I entered sleep mode. The next time i woke up, we stopped somewhere familiar... used to come here, Malaccan buses favorite spot, the corrupted 'Bus Federation' where all bus operators will stop for meal in a deserted place which the 'federation' charges 20 cents for toilet and I bet the 'federation' pays the operators to stop there, phucking blood suckers again. Not to mention a hippie came to kock with us.

Oh ya, I forgot to tell u guys the name of the operator, its Kejora Masyhur the TAK masyhur. Back to the bus, I unwrapped the Kinder Bueno, and I felt my RM 2.90 just got conned kena tiu by my bro for buying it sommore, shit.

Finally at 7.30pm , we reached Penang. Bad traffic in Penang, my dad said it happens every Friday for no reason.

i went to Jaya Jusco, Equine Park for grocery shopping last weekend, the sponge scrub in my toilet is kinda old and we need a new one. so i went for a survey...

a non branded sponge scrub is RM 2.50 each.

a Scotch-Brite sponge scrub is RM 4.90 each.

i bought neither of those, instead i cant believed i spent RM 9.90 on a sponge scrub.

ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce the

sponge scrub which worth RM 9.90 ~!!! Scotch-Brite Bath Scrub by 3M.

look at the convincing cardboard labels, cool. this is the Bath Scrub version, there is also the all purpose version but i already forgotten its name.

diagonal view: it comes with a plastic handle so u do not need to worry in touching any of the creamy+sucky+fugly dirt on your bath tiles.

Pros: Scotch-Brite's excellent performance, easy to use handle.
Cons: compared to the typical Scotch-Brite sponge, YES, i spent RM 5 on the stupid plastic handle to keep my hands clean.

Verdict: for those who wont mind paying for more performance.

i just came back from Penang, bought my ticket from some Konsortium counter in Penang. lately theres been lotsa counters selling Konsortium bus tickets. i wanted to buy my tic from my favourite big Konsortium counter but was dragged by some fella wearing Konsortium tee to buy from his smally counter. since its the same, i make sure the smally counter didnt go gulung tikar.

eventhough, i bought a Konsortium bus ticket but that day i was given a green Season bus from Freebury, kononnya all of them came from same company or Star Alliance of busses.

i took the last seat in the 12pm bus back to KL. and my advice is...

DO NOT TAKE THE LAST SEAT
especially during a rainy day

water rolling here and there on the floor

the bus driver was kinda pro, horning any, i do mean ANY, car in his way. i reach KL in 4 hours.

my family used to love Dome, i used to love Dome...
i love their carrot cakes :D

since im living a campus life in Cyberjaya, Dome is never a place for me to eat, because its not widely available (not as mushroom as McDonald's) and not as affordable. thats why every time i go back Penang, i'll sure drag my mum to yumcha there.

few days ago, my sis ponteng her tuition so that she can join me and my mum to the Island Plaza's Dome outlet. as we checked, there is a price hike, my favourite cake went up by RM1 (from RM8.90 to RM9.90 to now RM10.90 if not wrong). we ordered our favourites, my sis: sausage roll & iced chocolate, mum: flat white and me: carrot cake & iced mocha.

my sis's and mum's orders are fine but my iced mocha is tasteless (as serious as more diluted than Kayu's milo ais). i didnt check my cake is freshly baked or not but my carrot cake was not up to standard. with the price hike, it sucks.

Verdict: not worth my sis to ponteng her tuition for

momofofo is currently testing the new XML Template implemented by blogger. so currently the template will look kinda lala :P

since momofofo is an old man, it will take time for him to learn new tricks :(

the new template is very easy to use. drag and drop, very suitable for noobs :P but u couldnt use your existing html codes on this new template. YES, which also means that u have to modify your codes to be compatible to the new templates.

and due to photobucket's dumbness which max width for new pictures is 800, i have to use my old banner used in momofofo 1. which i cant use my new banner :(

2 days ago, it was a wednesday... we decided to go to 1u to have dinner and catch a movie. we will be either watching blood diamond or babel, blood diamond is okay but i would prefer brad than leo. to me, leo is just a megastar skoolboy but brad, never a movie of his ever disappoint me til THAT day. we watched babel.

it was not the

just back from my aunt's place, my cousin just got back from Aus. glad hes back for good :)

on the way back, i drove quite fast... before NTT, suddenly a creature dashed out, not a dog nor a monitor... something long, fast and with a long furry tail... my guess is an ant eater, but an ant eater in Cyber? no idea

i stepped on the brakes steer to the left, my right tyre missed it, its under my car but my left tyre rolled over it. then i look at the mirror, its not moving anymore :( my first time killing something with my mistress

since i see Buaya and friends are getting better and better in tennis, me as a senior gotta practice more so that i wont lose 'face', so i woke up 8am... take a look at the court... think think... went back to bed :P

later on, my second housemates ym-ed me to go over their place to have Peh's breakfast (according to Peh, too bad... they ask me to eat de :P ). we had sandwiches, hotdogs, hashbrowns and ofcoz orange juice ;) full and nice sial, thx housemates :P paiseh nia

after that, went to The Curve to meet Vanila and friends :) had lunch in Thai Express then went to Cineleisure, still didnt get a chance to catch a movie there :(

we went over to 1u for movie instead, A Battle of Wits, not bad... but u didnt miss anything if u miss this movie. after the movie, we have nothing to talk bout it... no interesting part to share not lame stuffs to zha other than that jin kak emperor who once 'massage'd ZiYi back in The Banquet :P

after the movie, we went to the usual Murni for dinner and Happy Birthday Vanila

was thinking of blogging my taman negara trip, but kinda lazy to do so.

lifes kinda boring this trimester, wake up every morning... thinking of the only one hour class, wasting every second of my lifetime. not to mention the boring weekends, Cyber is empty, not a single living soul...

gotta find SOMETHING to do... if u guys are out doing ANYTHING (exceptions: calling prostitute, getting high and ofcoz gay fest), please call me along... desperately need SOMETHING to do

since my blogging spirit is dying, i will blog every single boring day i have this sem.

had lunch with Pehmatez in Mingchu today, JJ then played tennis with them during the afternoon. lifes kinda not bad (strictly not boring at those moment) with my second housemates. kinda raining season in Cyber these days, never a day failed without rain... sien... how can i practice tennis like that :( had dinner in Penang House just now, foods there kinda 'suk sui' already... back home, all my housemates went back... and now back to the boring day, thats why theres this new post :P

513 Visit to Unc Lim before AEP

stoped blogging for awhile... lazy lazy lazy eventhou i have nothing to do

so the visit started when Dizzy or what so ever invited me to go genting before going for AEP. so why not... since i have nothing to do

we are going to genting on sunday, the day after emg paper and the day before AEP (if u still remember). so --- my genius plan is...

early morning i will drive my car to park at midvalley then catch a train to sentral to meet them, then we take bus and cable car up genting, after genting come back take my car straight go hotel --- genius me :)

and of cause, according to murphy's law, events some how doenst go as plan...

the day before

my major had our last paper on the very last day, yes yes yes... we had our paper when u guys are in hongkong, japan, langkawi, pangkor... so after the paper we had a emg trip to 1utama for a movie to celeb, on the way to 1u, i dropped my bags at my aunt's place.

so we watched movie, then yumcha... around 1am i guess, my cousin sis sms-ed me asking me when im going back and shes waiting for me. and of coz --- the genius me replied "i hav ur house key ler", so she went to sleep.

after the yumcha session, i went back to my aunt place and found out that i left the keys in my bag which the bag is in her house --- how genius me...

so i tried to call my unc then my aunt then my cousin... which all of them off their fon, tried to rang the house bell... no one bothers... and i spent my night outside the house, sleeping in the car, feeding the blood suckers outside :(

day of event

after having a horrible sleep, i drove and parked my car then took the ktm...

i think i never tell u guys bout my ktm experiences, i use to take plusliner go back penang which the bus must be boarded in railway and the easiest way there is thru ktm. and of coz i always bought the tickets in advance, and everytime when im rushing to the railway, ktm never fails to breakdown --- smart ass ktm

so they reached sentral and bought the 930 ticket for me and guess what... i enter the ktm station, its written there next train coming at 845am, i waited... and waited... 9am, no train... waited and waited then the board changes to 915am --- smart ass ktm. finally the ktm did came at 920 --- smart ass ktm... and started moving, and of coz ktm never fails to breakdown... it broke down 5min after it departed --- smart ass ktm. they lock the pilot's cockpit is not to prevent hijacking but to prevent citizens from whackaoing the pilot when breakdown occurs

feeling panicked coz they bought the tic for me, look at that aunty, face dem dulan sial. finally it start moving 20 min later, wah glad its over... but after 2 min, it broke down again!!! goddammit!!! --- phucking smart ass ktm

so finally i reached the destination, i phucking hate ktm, luckily the bus havent start moving :)

so we took the bus up then cable car, then Dizzy or what so ever told us that everytime she goes up genting sure rain wan, omg, we have a toh sui kah here... so we reached genting, entered the themepark

my first ride of the day, bumper boat :)

after playing 3 games... like what the oracle had said... rain...

so we went to hou mei for lunch

when the food came, i start taking pictures of it

then the waitress came and say "taking pic of the nice food?" and i replied "im taking pic bcoz this chicken rice cost me more than 10 bucks!!!"

and we had a photo there :)

so after the meal, we went into the casino to take a walk, poor kiddies cannot enter :P after that we went down, took ktm to midvalley, didnt break down bcoz we are not in the hurry then go back to the hotel to meet the rest of the AEP members :)

509 Malacca Trip

at first im not gonna blog bout this Malacca trip cause im afraid that my friends who know i didnt visit them will sure zha me kaw kaw but seems like they do know... got a few messages in my ym this morning :P i came for one day only :( sorryyyyyyyyy

my ScReWdRiVeRz clan were talking bout going to The Historical City since beta and finally we went yesterday in delta :D

Degil sms-ed me last nite telling me that they will be coming to pick me up at 10am manatau at 1030 shadow also dont have =_="

the first place we went is to the 800 chicken rice shop, ate with my bro and Puss's bro. we noticed theres this Street Mall building opposite of the shop, hopefully theres another outlet of Hassan Ass there so that Malaccans can enjoy the wonderful nasi kandar they made :P

after lunch we went to jalan-jalan in Malacca campus, almost the same (back to alpha) except for the new fosee building. then we went to CLC to find Mortar and we saw whole bunch of spm noobs having their lunch there.

then we wanted to go to have a look in the library and the security guard stopped me

then i met Yinching and Luis there :)

after that we pay Sube a visit then went to the house of D6, met that Danny Cheng, Freddie, Yoon, Xiang, JMe, Kawabanga and my ex roomie, Fook Choy. later on Freddie and Yoon brought us to infront of ixora to yumcha. some shop which is like a halo wannabe... the drinks there... 2 words... dem suck

after the sucky yumcha session we went to visit Barathi in his house, seems like hes doing quite well, that snoop dogg 'has' a new bike, a new kancil and a new pajero sial

we went to amigo downtown for dinner :)

after dinner we went to the just opened Dataran Pahlawan which i think alot of Malaccans havent been there yet, kakaka

outside of it theres this largest mcd in Malacca, the 24 hours operated is kinda big deal in Malacca i guess

the stairs of the entrance are kinda weird... they combined both staircase and slope...

which we almost fell because of it, Malaccans are kinda smart

there are MNG, Quiksilver, FOS, Padini, Nike, Adidas concept store there and i read the newspaper wrote that they gonna have a Carrefour there too

this post was suppose to be all about my ~~studies~~ noob pawning spree yesterday

pawned three noobs, Double Killed in their fountain and not to mention that i Triple Killed 3 times :P

26 - 1 in an hour which in end i got 27 - 1, one noob short for my birthdate :( HINT! HINT! HINT! :P

enough bout yesterday's noob pawning session, so i had dinner with Peh in kfc, equine park after rejecting his kfc proposal for uncountable times :P after kfc-ed we went to the mersa shop for goodies.
